EIRENE FOOD AND BEVERAGES

this is a startup company in Kazakhstan. but the business is old, from my great grandfather times since 1917. we have our own tea plantations in India, and have some investments in Germany and China for other varities of tea. i am starting to develop my brand of tea for kazakhstan market. my target audience is the premium segment so i am hitting at the niche market.

there can be a lot of growth opportunities for all the desirable employees, every body will have added commissions no  matter what job they do. my believe is for any company growth it is vital that employees grow with it.
