Dala Mining is 100% private company incorporated under the Laws of Kazakhstan. Company has been formed in 1999. Previously it was known as TMM International.

Dala Mining headquarters office is located in the city of Almaty at the following address: 5 Koshek Batyr St., Almaty 050043, Kazakhstan. There are other offices in Karaganda city and Koktenkol village and representative office in Astana.

Company has ISO 9001-2000 certificate. The ISO 14000 and ISO 18000 certificates are expected in December 2007-Janaury 2008.
