For a long time, success of the Kazakhstan Rugby was based on the basis of the old Soviet school. Nevertheless the new time demands new requirements for the development and promotion of rugby. New time, new requirements demanded reorganization of the whole structure of rugby.

•For this purpose, Kazakhstan has created a new organization – the Kazakhstan National Rugby Association, which includes all the existing regional federations in the country (The Rugby Union Almaty, The Organization of Rugby Astana, The Organization of Rugby Almaty region, The Organization of Rugby Pavlodar region, Junior League of Rugby, The organization of Rugby Zhambyl region, The Eurasian Fund Rugby, The organization of Rugby Karaganda, Sport Club “Algabas) and has received recognition at the National Olympic Committee.
