Arctic Const. Ltd. (ACL) is a 3rd generation company founded by the Pickell family in 1953 with a long history of serving the resource and transportation sectors. Beginning with road and lease construction, ACL pioneered the development of several key Oil & Gas fields throughout Northern BC and AB. Our company now provides a full range of services from resource site development and civil construction, to mine and energy facility commissioning and reclamation throughout remote regions of Northern BC, Yukon, and Northwest Territories, Kazakhstan.
